This activity was born from young people initiative who wanted to share their time with also young people with intellectual and physical disabilities. This activity was born from the wish to experience community‘s joy and to spend free time rich and meaningful.
These meetings happen on weekends. Moreover, there is a space for the volunteers and disable persons meeting. Through these meetings and planned activities every has a space to express own strengths and abilities, to fulfil some wishes, to do own favourite activities, to meet new people, to build new relationships, to find new friends and to experience the community‘s life.
During the meetings we draw, we sing, we play, we dance, we speak, and we celebrate birthdays and other celebrations. Sometimes we go to the theatre, to cinema, to the concerts and so on. In addition, we are offering the catechesis‘ lessons.
When the volunteers and disable youngsters and children are doing something together, the parents can have some free time for their selves or just sit together, have coffee or tee and talk.
